1. Donations Are Non-Refundable

All donations made to the Humanitarian Foundation are final and non-refundable.
Once a donation is processed, it cannot be canceled or reversed.

Because donations are charitable contributions, we are unable to provide refunds unless required by law.

2. Incorrect or Unauthorized Donations

If you believe your donation was made in error or without authorization (for example, through a stolen card or technical issue):

Please contact your bank or payment provider immediately.

However, please note that we are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your card or account.

3. Merchandise or Event Payments

If you purchase event tickets, merchandise, or other non-donation items through our website:

Refunds may be considered only in special cases such as event cancellation or defective goods.

Requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
